Warum können nicht alle Menschen ABBA hören?

In Finnland ist jemand Amok gelaufen. Das bewegt mich eigentlich genauso wie (mal wieder horrend) steigende Benzinpreise, das Erscheinen des neuen Harry Potter oder der Tod irgendeines Schauspielers, der anno dazumal in irgendwelchen Filmen mitgewirkt hat. Aber ein Detail verdient dann doch Beachtung: "Auvinen hatte seine Gewaltfantasien auf dem Internetforum YouTube mit dem Titel "Stray Bullet" der deutschen Rockband KMFDM unterlegt." (Tagesspiegel)

KMFDM ist zwar keine Rockband, sondern eine Industrial Metal-Band, aber wir wollen ja nicht so sein. Bedeutender ist, dass überhaupt der Soundtrack zum Gemetzel mitdokumentiert werden muss. Als ob das Gemetzel an sich nicht nachrichtenträchtig genug wäre. Jetzt ist der Aufschrei wieder groß: "Kein Wunder, dass der ausgetickt ist. Lest Euch doch mal die Texte der Lieder durch, die er sich ständig reingezogen hat!"

In "Stray Bullet" texten KMFDM übrigens folgendes:

Klingt echt schon ganz schön fies. Bisschen gefröstelt habe ich auch. Insbesondere das "monolithic juggernaut" für "monumentaler Moloch" hat mich beeindruckt. Das war für mich das erste Mal seit Ewigkeiten, dass ich mir einen Songtext durchgelesen habe. Ich bin täglich mit solcher Musik konfrontiert - kommt davon, wenn man sie hört. Dass da was gesungen wird, ist schwer zu überhören. Nur "was" da gesungen wird, hat mich nie interessiert. Verstanden hat man eh nur "woooooooooaaaaaaaah", "aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr", "bbooooooooaaaarrrrrgggghhhh" oder "rrrrrooooooooorrrrrr". Eigentlich ziemlich optimal, um Multikulturalismus vorzutäuschen. Death Metal auf spanisch hört sich genauso an wie auf englisch oder finnisch. Aber jetzt, da ich Gefahr laufe Amok zu laufen, weil der Mensch sowieso nur ne schnöde und willenlose Reiz-Reaktion-Maschine ist, die bei metal-haltiger Reizüberflutung nicht anders kann, als Menschen abzuballern, befasse ich mich mal dann doch mit den Botschaften, die ich alltäglich höre. Eine kleine Auswahl:
